Thighs saver! I swear by these and tell everyone I know to get some
True to size, good air flow, stops chub rub under dresses. I went back & bought the flesh toned ones as well.
They roll and the silicon rubs against my skin. One pair fused together after a walk. I had to pry my thighs apart.
I initially got these in fall 2024 to wear under my wedding dress as I didn't want full shapewear and have continuously worn them under dresses/skirts/etc since then and they are AMAZING! The elastic band is just now (May 2026) starting to break down a bit so I am looking to replace my current pair with another - they are so awesome to avoid chafing and look sexy af!
I bought these to wear with some skirts that I prefer to wear at or right below the bellybuttons and not worry about chafing. I didn’t not anticipate how much I resented my anti-chafe shorts until I could feel nothing rubbing while also breathing comfortably. These show minimal to no lines (photos below), and are so comfy and secure, even when worn as high up as they can possibly go on one’s legs, as they are worn in my case.
I purchased a pair of Dolce and Peony in black, size XXL. I normally wear size 16 pants, but my thighs where I plan on wearing the bands measured 29/29.5 inches so I ordered according to the measurement chart and they fit wonderfully. The dolce (more Lacey) almost feel like I’m not wearing them, and have basically no outline when wearing very fitted clothes (I’m including photos of me wear yoga pants with dolce on my right leg and peony on my left so you can see). Peony has more of a compression/snug feel. Not tight by any means, just maybe the sense of being more secure? But I comfortably sat and stood, walked around, squatted, etc in both and felt great.
Although I planned on wearing these under skirt, I’m already wearing them with everyday shorts, and will definitely wear them with skorts (since the shorts are either not long enough or ride up) and even some of my baggier pants that I sometimes pull up way too high bc my thighs touch. Basically these bands are a great solution to a sensory nightmare I’ve dealt with my entire life without compressing my stomach and lungs (another sensory nightmare).
Aesthetically, I’d prefer some other options. Maybe more fun/playful colors to pop out under shorts, or just patterns/designs that aren’t so lingerie looking- I know the sport version is available but those also aren’t my vibe. Maybe some that are made with cotton, so they look more like casual bike shorts peeking out? I don’t know, but more natural fibers would be a great option that I would jump on in a heartbeat. Regardless, I’m already ordering more because the practicality and freedom and comfort far outweigh my aesthetic preferences <3
