- Measure bare thighs while in a standing position.
- Start from inside your thighs at about 1 inch below your crotch.
- Measure the true circumference of your thighs at THIS level. Not too tight, not too loose. We already calculated the elasticity of the fabric into our sizing.

How do I know I measured correctly?
Double check with our Pants Size Tips here. If you usually wear size L (10-12) in pants/skirts, most likely your bands size would be size L (C Large 25-26") too, unless your thighs are smaller than your hips (thinner thighs). In this case you need to size down.

How do I properly wear my bands?
- Slide the bands up to the very top of your legs.
- First place bands on the inside of your thighs as close to the crotch area as possible.
- Adjust the rest of the band around the thighs at THIS level.
- Make sure the bands are placed UNDER the “Smiling line” in the back to prevent bands from rolling by the push of the buttocks while walking.
*Don’t use lotions or powder as it affects silicone adhering to the skin.

I can’t believe it took so long for me to think to look for these! Seriously, I wear the solid ones for workouts and the lace ones with dresses. Chafing is no longer a dreaded problem. So glad these exist!

I have for ones longed to wear the cute skirts and dresses in the summertime. I run hot, all the time, and the idea of putting on my thigh sucking shorts to wear a skirt when it’s 90 out? No thanks! These – are amazing. I wore to an outdoor wedding, it was 88 and about a million percent humidity. No rolling. No moving at all. No itching (I’m obnoxiously allergic to a ton of fabrics). No etching my skin. They were comfortable, put em on and forget about it easy, and lasted 8 hours with no issue whatsoever. I am in love!

I have always dreaded summer vacations, worn leggings to hike, and suffered through burning thighs when I wear skirts and dresses because no matter my weight, I always have chub rub. I ordered a couple pairs of these before a vacation in Miami this summer, and was skeptical at first… but turns out, these completely transform wearing dresses. NO chub rub, no chaffing, no pain… and in 100 degree weather and walking miles. Can’t recommend these enough!

I ordered my first pair and have worn them for the first time. 1) the sizing was bang on. They fit great. 2) they are super cute. The lace design is wonderful. 3) they stay. I’m used to stockings and socks rolling down. These babies are staying in place.

Big-thighed gal here. My weight fluctuates a lot and by many pounds, but no matter how much I weigh my thighs touch. I have a couple sizes so that I always have a pair ready to go when the occasion calls for skirts and dresses. I have tried multiple anti-chafing shorts and feel that they are vastly inferior to bandalettes. Bandalettes stay in place no matter what! I would likely NEVER wear skirts or dresses if I didn’t have bandalettes. Thanks for making such an effective product.

The first day I wore them it took some readjusting throughout the day to get them in the right place. Now that I’ve got the hang of them, (they sit higher up on my thigh than i thought), they stay put all day, completely stop any chafing, and I hardly notice I’m wearing them. This will be my fourth summer wearing Bandelettes. I wear them under dresses. I wear them under short shorts and let a little lace show. They are so beezy on a bikeride or a 10 hour day on your feet at work. I recommend them to all my friends with thighs of size. Chub rub is so painful and I used to wear bike shorts under everything. Wearing bike shorts underneath outfits really limited my body’s ability to regulate my temperature. I was always hot and uncomfortable. Now I’m cool and breezy. Even if I sweat while working in Bandelettes, they stay on and they are easy to wash and hang to dry.

Love it! I had problems wearing dresses. Used a lot of different “do it yourself ideas” like deodorant and baby powder. This stuff ruined some clothing and affected my skin. Tried some shaping pants and boy they rolled up. Like I said problems. Tried the bandallettes the first time I was skittish. But when put on the test I felt sexy and comfortable. The band’s did not rolled up or moved. No rash to been seen. Will be purchasing more.

Most of my life I’ve always had to deal with uncomfortable ‘chub rub’! Even when wearing pretty dresses I always wore bicycle shorts underneath, which isn’t cute. Even the gym was always a challenge. Then one day I searched the internet for maybe a lotion or salve I could use to ease the pain of a brutal cardio sesh and bandalettes popped up! I immediately checked reviews on Amazon and the official website. I was excited to try and I was not disappointed! They are a game changer! My boyfriend thinks they look sexy as hell! As we age, for some of us, it becomes difficult to roll over in bed. I wear a short gown, & my thighs will stick together making turning over very uncomfortable & often wakes me up causing insomnia. Love the first pair I bought – the 5″ length size… so decided to buy more. I always opt to purchase items “made in the USA” & those come only in the 4″ length size. I’ve been sorely disappointed in the shorter length because it has a greater tendency to roll up into the groin & become useless & annoying for me.

I had heard about these a few years ago but never actually looked into them. I finally decided I didn’t want to wear shapewear all the time so looked into Bandelettes. I was shocked at how expensive they are but bit the bullet and ordered a pair anyways. I ordered the biggest pair and thankfully they fit, I wish they were at least 2-3 inches wider/longer though. I’m a curvy woman, not huge by any means but my thighs still chafe a bit even when I wear these. For short periods of time they aren’t bad. The pair I received was slightly damaged, I sent in a picture and was surprised at the prompt and no questions asked experience, I was sent a new pair and told to keep the old pair. Great customer service! Overall happy I bought them, most likely won’t buy more though.

I immediately checked reviews on Amazon and the official website. I was excited to try and I was not disappointed! They are a game changer! My boyfriend thinks they look sexy as hell! The sporty ones for the gym were amazing,I have never been able to wear cute gym running shorts until now! And the lace ones make me feel gorgeous under my dresses. I will definitely buy more! Just thank you so much for this product. 😭❤ Now I can feel like the adult I am and feel pretty during our date nights and work:)

As we age, for some of us, it becomes difficult to roll over in bed. I wear a short gown, & my thighs will stick together making turning over very uncomfortable & often wakes me up causing insomnia. Love the first pair I bought – the 5″ length size… so decided to buy more. I always opt to purchase items “made in the USA” & those come only in the 4″ length size. I’ve been sorely disappointed in the shorter length because it has a greater tendency to roll up into the groin & become useless & annoying for me.

I had heard about these a few years ago but never actually looked into them. I finally decided I didn’t want to wear shapewear all the time so looked into Bandelettes. I was shocked at how expensive they are but bit the bullet and ordered a pair anyways. I ordered the biggest pair and thankfully they fit, I wish they were at least 2-3 inches wider/longer though. I’m a curvy woman, not huge by any means but my thighs still chafe a bit even when I wear these. For short periods of time they aren’t bad. The pair I received was slightly damaged, I sent in a picture and was surprised at the prompt and no questions asked experience, I was sent a new pair and told to keep the old pair. Great customer service! Overall happy I bought them, most likely won’t buy more though.
