What are thigh bands and how do they work?

Dolce thigh bands are lace bands worn on the upper thighs to prevent skin irritation caused by thigh rubbing. They create a smooth barrier that protects your skin while staying stylish under dresses and skirts.

Will they stay in place or roll down?

Bandelettes are designed with silicone strips that gently grip your skin, helping them stay in place throughout the day. They do not roll up or slip down when worn in the correct size. For best results, always measure your thighs.

Are they better than anti-chafing creams?

You can use our size chart to estimate your Thigh Band size based on your pants size. For a perfect fit the first time, we recommend measuring your thighs.

How to Measure

1. Measure bare thighs while standing.
2. Start from the inside of your thighs, about 1 inch below your crotch.
3. Measure the circumference of your thighs at this level. Ensure the tape measure is not too tight or too loose.
